Bolashak was established in Kazakhstan in 2000. Since then, we have grown to become the leading provider of manpower in Kazakhstan, playing a key role in supporting all the major and oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan, as well as providing a wide range of manpower support to other industries.
Here are some of the milestones in the history of our Company:
2000: Company established, with offices in Atyrau, Tengiz and Aksai.
2000: First contract awarded to supply local manpower to the Karachaganak project
2001: Contracts awarded for supply of local manpower to the Tengiz and Kashagan projects
2002: Offices established in Astana, Aktau and Almaty
2002: First contract awarded to supply Commissioning services to the Karachaganak project
2002: Bolashak became the first Kazakhstan manpower company to receive ISO 9001 certification
2003: Contracts awarded to supply expatriate manpower to the Karachaganak, Tengiz and Kashagan projects
2004: Contract awarded to supply manpower to a major construction project in Astana
2005: Partnership established with KGNT
2005: First QA/QC inspection contract awarded on the Kashagan project
2006: Reached milestone of 1,000 employees
2007: Reached milestone of 2,000 employees
2008: New offices in Atyrau
2008: First contracts awarded to supply manpower to the mining industry
2009: Establishment of JV company, SEFtec Global Training, to supply training services, including BOSIET and other safety training
2009: Reached milestone of 3,000 employees
2009: Establishment of Bolashak International with the headquarter in Central London
