Industrial entrepreneurs are often faced with challenges without cut-and-dry solutions. This requires an innovative approach and the use of new technologies in order to develop tailor-made solutions. Rosscor Holding brought a group of Dutch-based innovative companies together. They all serve the oil and gas industry with a core focus on Multiphase Boosting, Gas Compressing and Nitrogen Generation among other things. Three companies with strong reputations up to 50 years in their field, tell about the main characteristic they have in common: customer focused and innovative thinking.

Rosscor International - Multiphase Boosting Systems

Rosscor International B.V. is founded with the purpose to serve the oil and gas industry with new technologies and custom engineered equipment. Rosscor particularly focuses on twin screw pumping systems and related technologies. Willem Rodink, Managing Director, talks about the early days of the company.

"The Rosscor Multiphase System technology was created in the early nineties. Our company is one of the pioneers in Multiphase Boosting Technology and the first to introduce a fully integrated, turnkey, Multiphase System. The knowledge and experience, we have gathered over the years, in the design and application of twin screw Boosting Systems is now available worldwide.

"Rosscor has developed tailor-made, "flange to flange", Multiphase System technology and introduced it to the oil & gas industry. A Multiphase System comprises of a robust twin-screw multiphase pump combined with a reliable control and monitoring system. This system enables the end-user to transport a multiphase flow, consisting of oil/water and gas in varying gas volume fractions, from the well clusters through one pipeline to the central processing facilities. Multiphase System Technology simplifies the oil-gathering infrastructure, improves the production efficiency, eliminates the need of gas flaring and it makes gas available for down stream gas utilization. It helps our clients to achieve cost savings, to increase their cash flow and to meet their environmental obligations.

SES International - Gas Compressor Systems

Cirmac International - Nitrogen Generation Systems

Maarten van den Heuvel, Managing Director of Cirmac International BV speaks about the core business of his company. "Cirmac is a global player in Nitrogen Generation, Gas Treatment and the upgrading of Biogas into Green Gas. It is an innovative company that uses advanced gas-separation technologies to promote high-end technical specification and sustainability. We try to work out the best possible, most economic solutions for our clients. Cirmac was founded back in 1979, when it acquired its license to manufacture and sell nitrogen generation systems, as one of the first companies in the world. "At first based on the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle, using CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieves) and a few years later accomplished with Membrane technology. Both of our technologies allow industrial facilities to produce high purity Nitrogen on-site, for instance in remote aeries where alternative nitrogen supply is not available. Worldwide Cirmac is also one of the few companies that controls more than one technology. Therefore we can select the best technology for each project as a solid basis for further customization."

In 30 years Cirmac expanded to the company it is today: a flexible, customer focused and innovative organization, with 35 professionals working on gas treatment equipment.
