Newco Well Service

Newco Well Service is a mobile high-tech oil field services company which is always expanding its regional presence and range of services. Today Company renders the following services related to increase of oil and gas wells productivity: hydraulic fracturing, cementing of casings, squeeze cementing, acid and nitrogen treatments, Coil Tubing services.

"Newco Well Service” carries out its business over the whole territory of Western Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions), in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, and in Volzhski-Ural region. The representative offices and production divisions of the Company operate in Kazakhstan and Ukraine as well.

In our operation we use advanced technologies, latest modern equipment and unique engineering. Highly qualified Russian and western personnel and engineering support of Canadian Company “Trican Well Service” allow promptly solving technologic tasks and implementing exclusive projects.

The Company adheres to all the requirements of quality control of services provision, products and management, since 2006 we have been using the Certificate of Conformity ISO 9001. In 2008 we obtained the license to operate fire and explosion dangerous production facilities.

“Newco Well Service” started its history in Raduzhny City in 2000 when the first office was opened and first employees were hired. The Company was set up in order to attract the latest western scientific and engineering achievements and financial resources to Russian market of oil field services. Currently the most important line of the Company is the development and implementation of the advanced technologies.

The first year of Company operation was a formative period.  Due to abroad investments and goal-oriented work we succeeded to approach a regional market of squeeze cementing jobs. During that period the Company obtained all required licenses to perform cementing jobs and well stimulation.

The integral part of the Company image is the quality of works, compliance with all required safety regulations and standards and strict terms of work performance. Our slogan is “The Customer is always right” allowed to achieve the permanent increase of work scope which in its turn helped to create potential for growth and material resources increase.

In 2001 the Company owned the crew of casing cementing equipped with high-efficiency engineering and qualified personnel. Since that time the Company began rendering services related to casing cementing and squeeze cementing for LLC JC Vanyoganneft.  The review of cementing results proves the high level of works quality.

In 2001-2003 the steady growth of the Company potential was observed, we had gained considerable experience in casing cementing, well stimulation by fracturing and squeeze cementing.

Since 2004 the Company continues to dynamically and successfully develop.

Since 2006 “Newco Well Service” had been using the Certificate of Conformity ISO 9001. International Standard # GOST P ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000). We adhere to all quality control requirements related to service rendering, products and management.

In 2007 we achieved the record results related to hydraulic fracturing: May 17th, 2007 - the Company performed hydraulic fracturing having pumped 704 tonnes of proppant, June 4th, 2007 – 860 tonnes frac. The range of services being performed by the Company expanded due to rendering of Coil Tubing services, acid squeeze and squeeze cementing. In 2007 the Company closed two long-term contracts with OJSC “Rosneft” for performance of frac jobs and rendering Coil Tubing services.

2008 was a year of tough competition and survival at Russian market of oil field services. The steady quality of services, trust of the permanent customers, development and implementation of new technologies which are the integral part of the Company business allowed not only to withstand in competitive struggle but also to gain series of victories in economically difficult 2008 year, such as: beginning of Samotlor project, performance of the series of successful unique operations using Coil Tubing for TNK-BP and Rosneft.
   
Besides in 2008 the Company won industrial award "OFS AWARDS – 2008". “Newco Well Service” was pronounced as the winner in the category “Increase of reservoir recovery/the Technology of the Year”.

Today “Newco Well Service” owns fully equipped frac, cementing and coil tubing fleets with nitrogen units.

The Company owns fully equipped production bases, a cement plant producing dry cementing mixtures and heated warehouses.

We apply the most advanced technologies, equipment and materials made by leading world manufacturers. As consequence Newco’s Customers are the biggest oil and gas producing companies such as: OJSC “OC Rosneft”, OJSC “TNK-BP”, OJSC OC “RussNeft”, OJSC “LUKOIL”, OJSC “Gazprom neft” and many others companies which are interested in mobility and high level of services.

The representative offices of the Company are located in Nizhnevartovsk and Moscow, production bases – both in Russia (Nizhnevartovsk, Raduzhny, Nefteugansk, Nyagan, Vankor, Gubkinsky, Perm) and in Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
