Peak Well Solutions was founded in 1993 and has head office located in Tananger, Norway.

PWS is a pioneer and world leader in ISO 14310 V0 certified casing suspension plugs and has accomplished this through relentless focus on engineering achievements and testing according to international standards. We are also rated as number one within ISO – V0 certified casing cementing valves, gas tight annulus, and zonal isolation.

Our client base is both large and small Oil companies and Service companies such as; Statoil, Norsk Hydro, Talisman, Shell, Exxon Mobil, BP, Conoco Phillips, Marathon, Halliburton, Schlumberger and BJ Services.

PWS has over the years developed a firm believe and aspire towards; “Being the best at what we do.” Being the best entail that PWS has to impose the highest standards and deliver quality throughout the organization and in every part of our operation. This requires constant improvement and innovative development to ensure we always provide the customer with the best solutions.

PWS in-house R&D department is funded by 10% of the company’s annual revenue and 20% of the employees are working within R&D. The R&D department is supported by the whole organization to provide the best outcome of results. We have highly skilled and motivated personnel with a wide background of experience and expertise working together as a team, often in collaboration with the customer. We believe in minimizing hierarchy, and have short mobilization time for new development.

We have a flexible organization with focus on innovative solutions and development. This has given PWS innovative development and a rapid development process with documented results for our customers. We measure our performance through our customer satisfaction program “Looking for Perfection” our QHSSE program. We are certified to highest ISO QHSSE standards. We also measure our performance through testing and verifications according to government regulations and international standard certifications.

As the marked worldwide is growing rapidly due to the ever increasing energy demand, the need to use the most efficient solutions for drilling and completing of a well is crucial due to the extreme cost levels on both equipment and services. The technology of completing wells has changed over the last years. More challenging well trajectories together with depleted reservoirs and multiple weak formations zones are demanding new technology and solutions. Also the discovered fields are getting more remote from existing installations and sub sea templates are used to tie in to main process units.
In addition there are new standards required by either Oil companies or the local governments around the world. This is the reason PWS is focusing on developing new technology and solutions at the highest level possible. PWS has developed technology in cooperation and for Clients such as Statoil and BP Norway to name a few. PWS have historical proved to the market that the time from starting a development project to a commercialized product is kept as short as possible.

We believe our personnel are our most important asset to be the best at what we do. PWS provide staff wide excellent opportunity to expand skills and knowledge through courses and experience in different areas of the operation. This has resulted in people that take interest and get inspiration from learning and contributing to the overall outcome of work and is the foundation for our continuous improvement to be the best. We have 65,14% share ownership by company employees. PWS has 40 employees with long experience from many of the most demanding wells in the North Sea within planning and installation of equipment and services.

The company is growing rapidly; we had 72% growth in annual turnover, 104 mill NOK in 2006 and plans to grow our business with 50% to an estimated 150 mill NOK annual revenue in 2007. The North Sea is our main market segment to date and we are currently working towards expanding into other geographical areas within 2007. We are focusing on expanding organically and by purchases in the North Sea and International by always delivering products rated as #1 by our clients.

PWS`s equipment and service should always be rated as number one by customers due to personnel, product, quality, delivery, installation and service.
